Trevor at the front desk was phenomenal! He greeted us with a smile and cheery disposition both when we checked in and checked out. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The continental breakfast was one of the best, and even the shuttle to the airport at 6;15am was pleasant! Really enjoyed our stay and it will be our go to place when flying out of GR.

The lady at the desk that checked us in went beyond just checking us in. Her personality and attitude was point on. We received a small thank you for staying there ( gift bag with snacks and we got to pick 2 bottles of pop out of there lobby cooler). also she gave us her recommendations on shopping locations that we asked for.

Very well kept property, very clean, comfortable beds, they do have feather pillows, which I hate, but that’s my opinion, other than that was very satisfied with our stay! They also have a beautiful fireplace and two nice sized grills out front. the hot breakfast was nice as well.

All the staff were great and very helpful. I had to extend my stay for a few days to accommodate for my Grandpa's funeral the young man at the front desk made it quick, simple and easy he also made sure he had everything correct not once but twice.
